I have observed Horned Clubtail dragonflies (Arigomphus cornutus) - see below) at Quarry Hill Nature Center in Olmsted County. They are approximately 5 cm in length.
I have also recorded the Midland Clubtail (Gomphurus fraternus) in Olmsted county. .They are approximately 5 cm in length.
There are many other species of clubtail dragonflies, but I have not encountered them in Olmsted County.

I photographed some clubtails in northern Minnesota, the most impressive  being the Dragonhunter (Hagenius brevistylus). It is one of the largest dragonflies, measuring approximately 8.5 cm in length. Its name is derived from the fact that it preys upon other dragonflies. I have not observed  it in Olmsted County, but the species has been detected  in the Twin Cities.
I also photographed the Pronghorn Clubtail (Phanogomphus graslinellus) in northern Minnesota. It is approximately 5 cm long. It has also been recorded in Olmsted county.
